Doelgericht 2024 - Traditional Method
Our wines reflect the character of our family. “Doelgericht,” dedicated to Marco Lenoire, stands for focus, precision, and ambition. This sparkling wine is made from 94% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Blanc, and 2% Pinot Gris, and is produced exclusively using the traditional method.
For the second fermentation in the bottle, part of the base wine is aged in a large 2,000-liter wooden barrel. This imparts a richer structure, extra depth, and refined creaminess, while preserving the wine’s fresh acidity.
The result is a full-bodied, gastronomic sparkling wine with an elegant mousse, complex aromas, and a long, mineral finish—a wine that perfectly unites power and finesse.
